Motivation
The maritime industry is one of key component of global economy. It can be defined as a complex adaptive system that need to adjust quickly to changing situations by solving many problems of decision-making.
Goal
- To construct the best-planned route, the baseline (or the reference line)
- To develop a novel statistical (Low-likelihood) anomaly detector
- To ensure Maritime Situational Awareness / Maritime Surveilance
